RCTIFlow ("the App") provides automated Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) generation and compliance auditing for Australian Shopify merchants. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it according to Australian Privacy Principles and Shopify's platform requirements.

2. Data We Access

To provide our services, RCTIFlow accesses the following information from your Shopify store:

• Store Details: Name, email, and business address to populate invoice headers.
• Order Information: Transaction values, dates, and line items required to generate valid tax invoices.
• Supplier Information: Contact details and ABNs for compliance verification.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information solely to:

• Generate ATO-compliant RCTI documents in PDF format.
• Verify ABN and GST registration status of your suppliers via government registries.
• Provide an "AI Audit" feature that flags potential compliance risks.
• Store and manage your supplier agreements securely.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties. Data is processed securely and is only shared with the Australian Business Register (ABR) for the purpose of verifying ABNs as requested by the app's features.

5. Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your Shopify store uses the App. Upon uninstallation, we follow Shopify's mandatory GDPR data redaction timelines to remove all store-specific data from our systems.
